Bio

Tom was born in South Korea although has lived in Australia for practically his entire life. Tom is a self-taught full stack engineer getting into programming from a very young age, spending his time programming websites, games and game servers throughout high school, sparking his passion for technology.

After three years of working in web development Tom eventually transitioned into DevOps, which has allowed him to excel in his personal passions for automation, data analysis, machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Tom has spent numerous months abroad travelling across South East Asia (Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia) teaching English to students in schools and monks in monasteries.
